Lemon Chicken Piccata

 Season thinly sliced chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, then add chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers.

Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.

Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Serve the Lemon Chicken Piccata with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and lemon slices for garnish.
