Air-fryer loaded frittata with bacon & cheddar

Ingredients: – 6 large egg – 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream – 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled – 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

– 1/4 cup diced onion – 1/4 cup diced bell pepper (any color) – 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or chive – Salt and pepper, to taste – Cooking spray

Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).  Prepare Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk or heavy cream until well combined. Stir in the cooked and crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onion, diced bell pepper, chopped parsley

Grease Pan: Lightly grease the air fryer basket or tray with cooking spray to prevent sticking.  Pour Egg Mixture: Pour the egg mixture into the greased air fryer basket or tray, spreading it out evenly.

Air-Fry: Place the filled basket or tray in the preheated air fryer. Cook the frittata at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.

Serve: Once cooked, carefully remove the frittata from the air fryer. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing into wedges. Serve warm, garnished with additional chopped parsley or chives if desired.

Enjoy: Serve the loaded frittata with bacon and cheddar for breakfast, brunch, or any time of day. It's delicious on its own or paired with a side of toast, fresh fruit, or a green salad.
