Sprinkle lemon juice over sliced apples in a large bowl. Sprinkle apples with white sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg from a separate basin. Toss until uniformly coated. Mix raisins and walnuts; pour into pie crust.
Bake for 25 minutes in preheated oven. Remove foil and bake 25–30 minutes more until top is golden brown and filling is bubbling. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
