Banana-Pineapple Cream Pies

Ingredients 1/4 cup cornstarch 1/4 cup sugar 1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained

3 medium bananas, sliced 2 graham cracker crusts (9 inches) 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions Combine sugar and cornstarch in a big saucepan. Add pineapple and stir until well combined. Bring to a boil, then simmer for one to two minutes, stirring, or until thickened.

Place bananas on the bottom of each crust and cover the tops with the pineapple mixture. Keep chilled for a minimum of 60 minutes before to serving. Add whipped topping on top.
