Grasshopper Pie

Ingredients 6 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk 15 drops green food coloring

24 chocolate-covered mint cookies, divided 2 cups whipped topping 1 chocolate crumb crust (9 inches)

Directions Beat the cream cheese until it's frothy in a big bowl. Beat in milk gradually until smooth. Stir in the food coloring.

Crush 16 cookies coarsely and add them to the cream cheese mixture. Add the whipped topping and fold.  

Push into the crust. Overnight, place a cover on and freeze. Take out of the freezer fifteen minutes prior to serving. Add the remaining cookies as garnish.
